The Speaker's Office announces that when it comes time to revist Deceleration No 221-03 and its renewal in respect to the mask requirement in K-12 Schools and the COVID-19 Testing Requirements on April 7, 2022, our office will remain neutral and will not advocate for the renewal nor against the renewal. However, if is is renewed, our office will work to ensure that the directives are enforced to the greatest extent possible.
However, our office will always support guidance of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
